    3. Download the Therabody App If you currently have the Therabody app, proceed to step 4. Download the Therabody app from the App Store or Play Store. Follow the in-app instructions to create a new app account and verify your email.

    5. Using the Device Turn on the device. To turn on the device, firmly press and hold the button on the left side of the device. Choose your treatment speed. Press the button to toggle between the three speeds (low, medium, and high). The white LED light speed indicator will light up depending on the selected speed setting (low: 1 light, medium: 2 lights, high: 3 lights).
