    “Power button”: Open the power. “Time button”: You can set it for 60 minutes and adjust it for 10 minutes at a time. “Temp button”:You can set the heating gear of P1-P9. 4.Before you get into the cover, adjust the temperature back to P5 first since P5 is suitable for most people.

    PRECAUTIONS BEFORE USE 1.Before using a portable steam sauna, remove all ornaments including ornaments on ear and nose as metals are conductor. 2.Do not use the sauna while being full and do not have any meals for 1 hour before sauna. 3.If you exercise, before sauna, you should take a rest and wait until heartbeat is normal.

    PRECAUTIONS AFTER USE 1.Leave it for 15 minutes to cool down before folding. MAINTENANCE 1. Dry any water in the sauna tent after using. 2. Open the zipper to ventilate. Wait until heat has dissipated to pack and store. 3.Use clean damp cloth to wipe off, and then fold. No need to wash.
