    Read, understand, and study the Operation and Safety Manual in its entirety before operating the machine. For clarification, questions, or additional information regarding any portions of this manual, contact JLG Industries, Inc. • Only personnel who have received proper training regarding the inspection, application and operation of MEWPs (including recognizing and avoiding hazards associated with their operation) shall be authorized to operate a MEWP.

The frequency of inspections and maintenance must be increased as necessary when the machine is used in a harsh or hostile environment, if the machine is used with increased frequency, or if the machine is used in a severe manner.
