WARNINGS
y Proper use and charging of lithium-ion batteries required. Misuse can
cause injury, fire, or death.
y Not for hazardous areas. Do not use near explosive environments or
flammable liquids.
y The light can get hot during use. Do not cover it or place it near
flammable materials.
y Avoid direct sunlight and hot environments (e.g., enclosed vehicles).
y Keep away from water, saltwater, and metal objects.
y Discontinue use if the light shows unusual signs (smell, heat, color
change).
y Keep Away from Children.
CHARGING THE LIGHT
Fully charge the light before the first use, if the battery is new or unused for
several months.
The USB Charging Port is inside of the rotating sleeve located below the
head of the light.
y Expose the USB Charging Port by twisting the sleeve and rotating it to
the left.
y Continue rotating the sleeve and slide it downward on the handle.
y Plug the USB-C cable into the port.
y Connect the other end to a power source (wall charger, computer,
vehicle, power bank).
y The charge indicator LED located directly above the port will turn red
while charging and green when complete.
y Typical charge time is approximately 3 hours.
The charge indicator light located directly above the charging port will turn
red while the charging and green when fully charged.
y Cover the USB Charging Port by twisting the sleeve and rotating it to
the right.
y Continue rotating the sleeve and slide it upward on the handle.
WARNING: When the Rotating Sleeve is open, the light is no longer IP-X7

OPERATION
Flashlight Modes - Tail Cap Switch
Momentary - Lightly press and hold, release to turn off
Constant On - Full press until it clicks. Press and click to turn off
Select Brightness Level - Press and hold and the light will cycle from high
to medium to low and back at a rate of approximately one mode per second.
Relase to select desired mode.
Floodlight Mode - Body Switch
Constant On - Full press until it clicks. Press and click to turn off
Dual-Light Mode
Both the flashlight and floodlight can be turned on at the same time. Pressing
either switch will turn both lights off.
Battery Status Indicator
The light located on top of the bezel indicates when it is time to replace the
batteries:
Green - Normal operation
Red - Low power, battery capacity at or below 30%
CR-123 BATTERY CARRIER
The CR123 battery carrier converts
the USB-588XL from rechargeable
Lithium-ion to enable use of non-
rechargeable batteries.
Load two CR123 batteries with
the positive terminals pointing in the
direction of the arrow.
NOTE: The light cannot be charged
with the CR-123 CARRIER installed.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Bayco Products, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in
workmanship and materials for the original purchaser's lifetime. The Limited
Lifetime Warranty includes the LEDs, housing and lenses. Rechargeable
batteries, chargers, switches, electronics and included accessories are
warranted for a period of two years with proof of purchase. Normal wear and
failures which are caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, faulty installation and
lightning damage are excluded.
We will repair or replace this product should we determine it to be defective.
This is the only warranty, expressed or implied, including any warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

CHARGEMENT DE LA LAMPE
Chargez complètement la lampe avant la première utilisation, si la batterie
est neuve ou non utilisée depuis plusieurs mois.
Le port USB pour le chargement se trouve à l'intérieur de l'anneau rotatif
situé sous la tête de la lampe.
y Exposer le port USB pour le chargement en appuyant sur l'anneau et en
le tournant vers la gauche.
y Continuer à tourner l'anneau et le faire glisser vers le bas du manche
de la lampe.
y Branchez le câble USB-C sur le port.
y Connectez l'autre extrémité à une source d'alimentation (chargeur mural,
ordinateur, véhicule, bloc d'alimentation).
L'indicateur LED de charge situé directement au-dessus du port devient
rouge pendant la charge et vert une fois la charge terminée.
y Le temps de charge habituel est d'environ 3 heures.
