1.4 Caution
1.4.1 Damage Requiring Service
Stop using the Nature's Generator MyGrid 10K and refer servicing to qualified service personnel under
the following conditions:
• If liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into your Nature's Generator MyGrid 10K.
• If your Nature's Generator MyGrid 10K has been exposed to rain or water.
• If your Nature's Generator MyGrid 10K has been dropped or damaged in any way.
• When your Nature's Generator MyGrid 10K exhibits a distinct change in performance.
1.4.2 Cold Weather
Cold temperatures can impact Nature's Generator MyGrid 10K performance. If you are in area that
will be consistently below freezing, we recommend keeping your Nature's Generator MyGrid 10K in an
insulated location.

1.5.5 Do not disassemble, modify or damage the battery to avoid leakage, overheating or fire.
1.5.6 Never use damaged batteries or components. Improper use of damaged batteries or
components can damage your device or injure yourself as a result of battery fluid leakage, fire,
overheating, or explosion.
1.5.7 Do not turn the battery upside down or tilt it.
