Troubleshooting
The following are list of potential problems and solutions. If you're still having
problems with your product, contact the distributor or customer service.
Problem
The product does not turn
on.
The fan does not work.
The machine is not
performing to standard.
Possible reason
The back cover may not
be installed properly.
The plug is not properly in
the socket.
The plug or wire is
damaged.
It has not turned on.
Motor is damaged or
loose.
Loose or foreign particles
have entered the product.
Filter needs replacing.
Machine inlet or outlet is
blocked.
Filter packaging has not
been removed.
Not enough space around
the machine.
No filter or the filter is not
properly placed.

Possible solution
Take off the back cover
and reinstall it.
Take out the plug and put
it back in, ensuring it is
firmly in the socket.

Ensure it is properly
plugged in and turn on.
