Empty the filter housing fully before transporting it or putting it into storage. Remove the used filter elements and clean the inside of the filter housing.

OPERATION Operation 9007199322866955 To monitor the service life of the filter element during operation, the filter housing can be equipped with a clogging indicator (back pressure / differential pressure, optical or elec- trical). Do this by carefully opening the drain screw (2) on the filter bowl and drain the filter housing completely using the drain plug (  = 6 mm) at the bottom of the filter housing.
  • Page 31 6. PERFORMING MAINTENANCE 4. Remove the used filter element down- wards out of the holder and dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner. 5. Clean dirt from the filter bowl and the sealing surface. 6. Clean the sealing surface on the filter head.
