Sonoff SNZB-04P Manual

Introduction

SNZB-04P is a Zigbee 3.0 protocol-based door/window sensor equipped with a tamper-proof feature. It senses the open and close status of doors and windows by detecting the proximity of the transmitter and magnet. This sensor seamlessly interacts with other smart devices to easily create various scenarios, such as automatically turning on lights when a door is opened,
triggering audible and visual alarms in case of unauthorized entry, and sending app notifications to keep you informed.

Downloading the eWeLink App
Please download the "eWeLink" App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store

Scan QR Code to Add Device

Take out the battery insulation sheet to power on the device
Enter "scan QR code" mode
Scan the QR cod on the device
Select "Add Device"
Long press the button for 5 seconds
The LED indicator flashes slowly for 180s
Select Zigbee gateway
Wait until the addition is done

Effective Communication Distance Verification

Install the device in the desired place, then press the Pairing button on the device. The LED indicator flashes twice means the device and the device under the Zigbee network (the router device or hub) are in the effective communication distance.

Installation

Tear off the protective film of the 3M adhesive.
Try to align the mark line on the magnet with that on the transmitter during installation.
Install them in the opening and closing area separately (such as windows).

Cautions

Make sure the installation gap is less than 20mm when the door or the window is closed
