Functions
The device is designed to offer two operating
options:
• HUMIDIFIED version with water filling
• HOT AIR function
To activate the "HOT AIR" function, take switch
(2) to ON. A forced flow (by fans) of hot air is
circulated on the display deck.
To turn on the "STEAM" function in the
"HUMIDIFIED" version, with switch (2) in ON
position, take switch (4) to ON position. The
cabinet starts to produce steam which is
circulated by the flow of hot air.
An internal function will allow the production of
steam only after 35 minutes have passed from
switching on the HOT AIR function even if the
STEAM button is pressed.
F The "STEAM" function can be turned on
only with "HOT AIR" function on.
Both versions have a heated ceiling light.

In case of taller products it is recommended to
turn on the OVERHEAD HEATING LAMP: this
heats the product surface by irradiation from
above.
To activate the "CEILING HEATING LAMP" take
switch (1) to ON.
F The position of the product compared to
the bulb is important; a central position
ensures that it receives the maximum
amount of heat. In a lateral position,
furthest from the source of radiation,
the product receives a lower amount of
heat.
