    All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com ACCENSIONE RIEMPIMENTO IMPIANTO Per un migliore sfogo dell’aria (caldaia) è necessario caricare lentamente l’impianto, assicurandosi che lo sfogo dell’aria automatico sia aperto. A impianto carico (in pressione) azionare il circolatore per alcuni minuti e ripetere le operazioni di spurgo aria, ed eventualmente ripristinare il caricamento a 1,2 bar circa. Tramite una bobina modulante a doppia regolazione si ottiene la necessaria taratura portata gas (min: 11.200 - max. 24.000 kcal/h). La taratura della lenta accensione (preparata in fabbrica) è di tipo elettronico ed è regolabile (per la sua ottimizzazione e per il cambio gas) tramite il trimmer P2 (1) posto sulla scheda di modulazione.

    All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com INSTALLATION Installation is to be performed by trained personnel. The boiler should be installed in a well ventilated room without corrosive vapours and must be in conformity with the laws regarding the evacuation of combustion products in accordance with current regulations. ELECTRICAL CONNECTION The boiler should be powered with 230V - 50Hz single-phase voltage, following the order of the phases and making the appropriate earth connection.

For this reason no special ventilation is required, and the boiler can be placed in storerooms, closets, technical compartments. Differ- ent solutions are possible for the discharge of combustion products and the suction of air from the outside.

MB) The evacuation of flue gases must be carried out with a pipe with a diameter no smaller than that provided on the boiler and jointed to a flue suitable to the capacity of the system. For chimney sizing, compliance with minimum diameters and requirements imposed by current regulations is essential.

    All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com STARTING FILLING THE SYSTEM For optimum air venting (boiler), the system should be filled slowly, making sure that the automatic air vent valve is open. When the system is filled (under pressure), activate the circulator for several minutes and repeat the air vent operations.

By means of a double-adjusting modulating coil, the required calibration of the gas flow rate may be obtained (min. 11,200 - max. 24,000 kcal/h). The calibration for slow starting (pre-set at the factory) is electronic and adjustable (for optimum functioning and the conversion of gas) by means of trimmer P2 (1) located on the modulation board.
