2 - Purpose

The installation of this kit (see Fig. 1 for details) close
to the boiler improves end user safety with respect to
Carbon Monoxide (CO) hazards.
This Carbon Monoxide (CO) Detector kit is
provided as an additional level of safety for
the end user. It substitutes in no way for the
mandatory CO detectors to be installed by the
end user in the mechanical room where the
boiler is located and in the area outside each
