ASSEMBLY Step 1: Install the Stabilisers. • Attach the Stabilisers (2 & 3) onto the Main frame (1), secure with the Carriage bolts (46), Arc washers (42) and Acorn nuts (47). • Notice that the Front stabiliser (2) has wheels for moving your Elliptical bike.

Step 2: Install the Coupler bars & Pedal arms. • Remove Washer (76), D shape washer (56), Spring washer (52) and Bolts (57) from the Handlebar shaft (12) on one side, mount one Coupler bar (4R or 4L) to the Main section, then attach the other side Coupler bar (4R or 4L) and reinstall the D shape washer (56), Spring washer (52) and Bolts (57) as shown.

Step 3: Install the Pedals. Attach the Pedals (11) to the Pedal tubes (6) respectively, secure in place with the Hexagon bolts (44) and Nylon nuts (45). Step 4: Install the Handlebars. Insert the Handlebars (7L & 7R) into their respective Coupler bars (4R/L), select a comfortable height for exercise and ensure both Handlebars are at the same level.

Step 5: Install the Saddle and Saddle post. • Place the Saddle (65) onto the Saddle post (68), secure in place with the Flat washers (66) and Nylon nuts (67). • Slide the Decorative Sleeve (69) over the Saddle post, then insert the Saddle post into the Main assembly (1).

Step 6: Install the Computer post. • Insert the Connecting tubes (28) to the Main assembly (1), secure in place with Knob bolts (17). • Attach the Computer post (72) onto the Connecting tubes (28), secure with Flat washers (41) and Hexagon bolts (43). Cover the Bolts with Caps (71). Check and re- fasten the Knob bolts (17).

Step 7: Install the Computer Connect the Wires (58 & 37) to the computer (50) respectively then secure the Computer onto the Bracket with the Screws (64). Step 8: Install the rope (77) on the connection strap (6R/L).
OPERATION Warming Up Neck and Shoulder Rolls: Start with gentle neck rolls, moving your head in a circular motion both clockwise and counterclockwise. Follow with shoulder rolls, lifting and circling your shoulders backward and forward to release tension. Arm Circles: Extend your arms to the sides and make small circles in both directions.
Tension Adjustment Before you begin your exercise, ensure the tension is set to your preferred level. For minor tension adjustments, use the tension adjustment knob to modify the workout intensity during your exercise. The equipment's power correlates with the speed; as the speed increases, so does the equipment's intensity, and vice versa.

Exercise Computer Reset Mode Buttons • Mode: Press to select functions. • Set: To set the values of time, distance and calories when not in scan mode. • Reset: Press to reset time, distance and calories. Functions • Scan: Press the MODE button until SCAN appears on the display. The monitor will cycle through all 6 functions (time, speed, distance, calorie, total distance and pulse).
