Start the FV10-ASW and check the position using “MICROSCOPE CONFIGURATION” or the touch panel controller.

Connect the interface cable to the IX3-RFACA. [Installation of the Inter Lock switch] Remove the plate (JA779200) shown in the figure from the IX83.

If the cover is left open, the turret cannot be initialized. In addition, you will not be able to observe through the microscope because the illumination light is being shielded.
