    1. General safety rules 1. 1 Know your bandsaw. Read the operator’s Manual carefully. Learn the operations, applications and limitation as well as the specific potential hazards peculiar to this band saw. 1. 2 This unit is equipped with a three prong (grounded) plug for your protection against shock hazards and should be plugged directly into a property grounded three prong receptacle.

Transportation and installation 4.1 When transit the machine please make the balance of it,and please use crane or fork truck to transit, see following drawing:...

    5. Assembly and operation 5.1 Adjustment: After installation, please adjust the machine with following method before cutting: 5.1.1 Turn on the oil pump to make the clamping cylinder to the clamping position, system pressure to 6Mpa. Please adjust the sliding arm distance according with workpiece size, make the distance tighten for best guiding result.
  • Page 8 Oil filer point 5.2.2 Power on main switch. 5.2.3 Release the emergency stop switch on control panel. 5.2.4 Select manual on control panel.
  • Page 9 5.2.5 Turn on Hydraulic on control panel. 5.2.6 Turn on Bow Up on control panel. Then the saw bow will rise. If not rise, please check the rotation direction of motor is correct or not. 5.2.7 Test the function of each button on the control panel one by one (except the Semi-Auto button) 5.2.8 Adjust the maximum opening height of the saw bow with a M8 wrench.
  • Page 10 5.2.16 After cutting, blade stop running, saw bow rise, then clamping cylinder loosen, workpieces loosen and finish. Please repeat above action for cutting circle. 5.3 Vice Clamping Pressure Adjustment The saws is designed to cut down automatically when the clamping pressure reach the target figure (the original setting is 4Mpa.

Maintenance MAKE SURE THAT THE UNIT IS DISCONNECTED FROM THE POWER SOURCE BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO SERVICE OR REMOVE ANY COMPONENT! 6.1 Please always watch out if there is any part working abnormal, if so please solve the problem. 6.2 Please clean the chip often and carefully, otherwise it will block the blade tooth, influence cutting result and blade using life.
