488 SERIES INNER WOVEN STRAP REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
(Note: This Inner Woven Strap must only be used with the SuperSqueeze Assembly)
Warning: Do not use this product if you cannot understand and follow the instructions and warnings that
come with it and complete all necessary functions.
Please consult with your physician prior to using this product. Do not use this product under the influence
of drug or alcohol.
A. TO REMOVE THE INNER STRAP WITH REMOVEABLE CARABINERS FROM THE SUPERSQUEEZE
OUT:
1.
Remove the Locking Carabiner from the inner strap (Fig.1).
2. Slide the inner strap out of the D-ring (Fig.2).
3. Slide the inner strap through the Serrated Rotosnap (Fig. 3).

4. IF YOUR INNER STRAP HAS A FRICTION BUCKLE
ADJUSTMENT (see step 5 for straps with a WebGrab):
a.
Remove the friction buckle by pulling the inner strap out
of the friction buckle (Fig.4)
b. Thread the replacement inner strap through the friction
buckle
c.
With the fold over facing down, feed the new inner
strap over the sliding bar and through the friction buckle
towards the "This Side Out" lettering (Fig.5)
d. Now thread the woven strap under the bar (Fig.6)
e. Pull the inner strap approximately 2/3 through the friction
buckle.
f.
When re-assembling the inner strap with friction buckle to
the outer strap, ensure the fold over (fig. 7) on the inner
strap, and the friction buckle lettering "THIS SIDE OUT",
are facing outward on the inner strap when the
SuperSqueeze is connected to body belt D-rings.
g. Thread the metal tabbed inner strap end through the
Serrated Rotosnap and D-ring eyelets.
h. Re-connect the Carabiner to the inner strap end eyelet.

The completed re-assembly is shown in figure 7 below.
