    GUIDED SETUP Attach the stand and adjust the angle of the screen, as shown below: Connecting Handset and Optional Headset For connection directions, refer to your headset documentation. Your phone supports headsets using an RJ9 cable.

    Connecting Cables Follow the diagram below to install your phone. Once plugged in, the phone will automatically download its configuration and begin to work. The voicemail box will be functional with a default greeting.

    CONNECTING TO WI-FI Press Menu. Settings then press Enter. Select Basic Settings then press Enter. Select Scroll to Wi-Fi then press Enter. Select Wi-Fi, toggle it and press Save. Press once the Wi-Fi adapter is recognized to start scanning for available Wi-Fi networks. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Note ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Wi-Fi adapter is added, scanning wireless networks?

For example, enter lowercase by pressing the softkey until it displays then press the 2 key in the keypad twice. To erase incorrect characters, simply press the Delete softkey.

    VOICEMAIL BOX SETUP Recording your personal voicemail greeting Messages Press the button. Enter the PIN provided to you by your Administrator, followed by the # key. option 3 Select for personal options. Select option 1 to record your voicemail greeting. Follow the voice prompts to record and check your greeting.

    COMMONLY USED FEATURES Placing outgoing calls When the phone is not in use: Speakerphone Pick up the handset or press the button. Dialtone will be heard. Dial an extension or telephone number. When using a headset: Press the Headset button to activate headset mode. No dialtone will be heard.

    Attended (consultative or warm) transfers: Transfer While on a call, press the softkey. Dial the desired phone or extension number. Wait for the party to answer to announce that you are transferring a call to them. Press the Transfer softkey to transfer the call. Call waiting While a new call rings in while you are already on a call, you will hear a beep tone emitted by your phone.
