Some semiconductor (solid state) devices can be damaged easily by static electricity. Such components commonly are called Electrostatically Sensitive (ES) Devices. The following techniques should be used to help reduce the incidence of component damage caused by static electricity. 1.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS The following check should be performed for the continued protection of the customer and service technician. LEAKAGE CURRENT CHECK Measure leakage current to a known earth ground (water pipe, conduit, etc.) by connecting a leakage current tester between the earth ground and all exposed metal parts of the appliance (input/output terminals, screwheads, metal overlays, control shaft, etc.).
SOFTWARE UPGRADE PROCEDURE Software Upgrade Procedure 1. Put the "PB1000_FW_Vxx.bin" (Vxx: means software version number eg:V35) to the root directory of U disk, and plug the U disk into USB port of machine. 2. Turn on the machine, make sure it is working. 3. Press and hold the "BT" key and "Vol+" key for 10s until the LED show white. 4. It is updating when the machine front LED show white. If it failed to upgrade, the front LED will show red. You need to restart from the step 1. 5. The machine front LED will show green after upgrade successfully and restart automatically. 6. Please press and hold the "BASS BOOST" key and "Vol‐" key for 5s,to check the version number. ...

DISMANTLING INSTRUCTION 1. Dismantling top cover assy: remove the screw cover sheet 7pcs/silicone seal 1pcs/top side foot pad 4pcs by a needle. Dismantle the screw accordingly. Pull the KEY/ECHO knob from the top. Pull out the top cover and unplug the connecting cable of the board. 2.

3. Dismantling metal cover assy: unplug the 3 cables from the connection board, and dismantle the 2 screws. Dismantle the 4 screws on the metal cover, Dismantle the 8 screws of the 2 fans, take off the 2 fans. 4. Dismantling ADC terminal board assy: Unplug the 3 cables, dismantle the 2 screws on the board, dismantle 2 screws on the back, and pull the 2 knobs on the back. Take off the ADC terminal board assy.

5. Dismantling main board/power board/terminal board: Dismantle the 13screws of the boards, unplug the 11 cables, and unplug the buckle of the RF antenna。 Dismantle the 2 screws of the audio terminal board. Take out the boards. Pull the power board off the main board from the dupont needles. Pull the main board off the audio terminal board from the dupont needles. 6.

7. Dismantling tweeter speaker/ rear palate: Rotate tweeter speaker to take it off, if the tweeter is hard to rotate, use a screw driver to press against the gap of the speaker and hit the back of the screw driver to rotate the tweeter. Dismantle the 9 screws of the rear palate and take it off. 8.

Remove the screw cover as the picture and dismantle the screws accordingly. 10. Dismantling front panel assy: Dismantle 8pcs screw on front panel assy, use a straight screwdriver to separate front panel and wooden box carefully. It's better to wrap screwdriver with fabric to avoid damage in separating process.

12. Dismantling bass speaker: Dismantle the 8 screws of the bass speaker, take off the speaker, and unplug the cable of the speaker. 13. Dismantling 2 mid speakers: Dismantle the 12 screws of the mid speakers, take off the speakers, and unplug the cables of the speaker.

14. Dismantling LED boards: dismantle the screws as below, Take off the metal sheets from the boards, take off the boards and separate them one by one from the dupon needles.
