GENERAL INFORMATION

Shut-Down timer

You can determine how long it takes for the system to shut down. This
means that when making short stops, it is possible to maintain the current
device status for up to 10 minutes. The system will only switch itself off
after this time has elapsed. The monitor will always switch itself off
immediately.

Select "General settings" in the "Settings" menu. Press the OK key.
u
Select "Shut-Down timer". Press the OK key.
Press the OK key, then press the ‚ƒ„ buttons on the remote
u
control to set the shut-down timer (in minutes).

Confirm by pressing the OK key.
Please remember that the load on the car battery increases when the
multimedia system is used with the engine switched off. Therefore use
the timer function sparingly.

System configuration

The "System config." menu provides the following functions:
•
"Diagnosis": for the analysis of hard and software problems (code
protected – only for authorised service personnel).
•
"Default settings": to restore the factory settings in place of the
options selected under the "Settings" menu (see next paragraph).
•
"Configuration": Software and hardware data for service purposes.
•
Speed correction: to set the average speed, which is used to calculate
the estimated time of arrival and the remaining travel time.

Select "System config." in the "Settings" menu. Press the OK key.

Select "Speed correction", and press the OK key.
Press the cursor keys ƒ‚„ to correct the speed and press the OK
u
key.
