  • Page 9 2.0 SET-UP 2.1 Back Support Installation 1. Remove the pool chair from the shipping carton. 2. Remove both snap-pins from base frame. 3. Insert backrest tubes into base frame receivers. 4. Line up the hole on the backrest to the base frame. 5.

NOTE: If you purchased the Zwim directly, and not through a dealer, assembly instruction is available from Raz Design. This can be via a video conferencing app such as Zoom or Teams.
  • Page 11 3.0 ADJUSTMENTS: INTENDED FOR DEALER USE ONLY IMPORTANT ! ADJUSTMENTS SHOULD NEVER BE ATTEMPTED WITH THE USER IN THE CHAIR. IMPORTANT ! BOTH CASTER STEMS MUST BE ADJUSTED TO THE SAME HEIGHT. NEVER ATTEMPT TO CHANGE THE FRAME ANGLE BY ALTERING THE CASTER POSITION. UNEQUAL CASTER POSITIONS WILL REDUCE THE CHAIR’S STABILITY AND MAY RESULT IN TIPPING.

    IMPORTANT ! INCREASING THE SEAT HEIGHT WILL DECREASE STABILITY. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT A STABILITY CHECK BE PERFORMED AFTER ANY OF THESE ADJUSTMENTS ARE MADE. STABILITY CHECKS SHOULD BE PERFORMED WITH AN ATTENDANT BEHIND THE CHAIR. ANTI- TIPPERS MAY BE REQUIRED IF REARWARD STABILITY IS COMPROMISED. 3.2 Wheel Lock Adjustment Tool required: 5mm hex key, 10mm wrench 1.

    USE AND OPERATION 4.1 Adjustable Footrests Adjustable Footrests are standard on all Zwim pool chairs. For transfers, the footrests can be flipped up, rotated away or removed entirely. To insert the Adjustable Footrests: 1. Place the footrest hanger tubes into the footrest receivers.

    DO NOT mix a calcium/lime removal solution with any other liquid as toxic fumes may result. It is recommended to the user that a qualified Raz dealer check over all fasteners and subassemblies if there is cause for concern regarding the Zwim chair’s performance.

    (2) years from the date of purchase. All other components on the Zwim pool chair are covered for a period of one (1) year and are subject to normal wear and tear exclusions.
