Kurzanleitung
1. EU Konformitätserklärung
Wir erklären in alleiniger Verantwortung, dass dieses Produkt den Bestimmungen der
Richtlinien 2014/35/EU, 2006/42/EG, 2014/30/EU und 2011/65/EU entspricht und mit den

3. Aufstellen
Beachten Sie die im Abschnitt „Technische Daten" angegebenen Umgebungsbedingungen (Tem-
peratur, Feuchtigkeit etc.).
› Schließen Sie das Gerät an eine Steckdose an.
› Positionieren Sie ein Magnetstäbchen in ein Gefäß, das für Magnetfeldlinien durchdringbar
ist, und füllen Sie das Gefäß mit dem zu verarbeitenden Medium. Stellen Sie das Gefäß
anschließend auf die Aufstellplatte.

› Bevor sie eine zusätzliche Rühreinheit ergänzen, überpüfen sie bitte ihr vorhandenes
Steckernetzteil auf ausreichend Ausgangsleistung.

4. IKA TWISTER einschalten
Hinweis!

› Einige Geräteeinstellungen können nur während des
Einschaltvorgangs geändert werden (LEDs beginnen grün zu leuchten).
› Das Gerät hat keinen Netzschalter. Der Einschaltvorgang
beginnt, sobald das Steckernetzteil angeschlossen ist.
4.1 Mode A / B

› Modus A
Eingestellte Werte bleiben nach dem Trennen des Gerätes vom Netz nicht erhalten. Nach dem
Einschalten des Gerätes ist der Status der Rührfunktion AUS.
› Modus B
Alle eingestellten Werte bleiben nach dem Trennen des Gerätes vom Netz erhalten. Nach dem
Einschalten des Gerätes ist der Status der Rührfunktion EIN (wenn Sollwert > 0 rpm) oder AUS
(wenn Sollwert Drehzahl = 0 rpm). Der Status ist abhängig vom vorherigen eingestellten Zustand.

Einstellung Empfindlichkeit Gefäßerkennung
Allgemein durchzuführende Abgleich-Routine im Einschaltmoment:
Halten Sie die Taste „Gefäß-Erkennung" gedrückt, bis die grüne LED nicht mehr blinkt.
4.2.1 Rücksetzen oder Abgleich auf die Aufstellplatte:
› Entfernen Sie Gefäß oder Aufsatz von der Aufstellplatte und führen Sie den Abgleich durch.
4.2.2 Abgleich auf ein Gefäß:
› Platzieren Sie das Gefäß auf der Aufstellplatte und führen Sie den Abgleich durch.
4.2.3 Abgleich auf einen Geräteaufsatz:
› Platzieren Sie den Geräteaufsatz auf der Aufstellplatte und führen Sie den Abgleich durch.
4.3 Automatic reverse rotation AR

Observe the ambient conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) listed under
"Technical Data".
› Connect the device to a socket.
› Place a magnetic rod in a vessel that is penetrable for magnetic field lines and fill the vessel
with the medium to be processed.

› Several device settings can only be changed during the power-up process (LEDs start to light
green).
› The device have no power switch. The power-up process starts as soon as the plug-in power
supply unit is connected.
Operating mode A / B
› Mode A
Settings are not saved when the device gets disconnected from the power supply.
Stirring function will be set to OFF when the device is powered on.
› Mode B
All settings will be stored if the device gets disconnected from the power supply. The stirring
function will be set to ON (if the set value > 0 rpm) or OFF (if the set value = 0 rpm) when the
device is powered on, depending on the previous status of the device.

Press and hold the „Vessel detection" button until the green LED stops flashing.
4.2.1 Reset or Adjustment to working plate:
› Remove vessel or attachment from the working plate and make the adjustment.
4.2.2 Adjustment to a Vessel:
› Place the vessel on the working plate and make the adjustment.
4.2.3 Adjustment to an attachment:
› Place the attachment on the working plate and make the adjustment.
