- Fire Detection Control Panel BCnet600 that can consist of up to 127 sectional control panels, which are networked by means of the redundant Network net600 by LST. This configuration is used for very large and far-flung fire detection systems.

Chapter 4 • Displaying and operating elements User Manual Series BC600 – Part A Fault (yellow, blinking light) = the fire detection system experiences a fault which has been caused by a fault of the fire detection control panel (e.g., blown fuse), by a fault of a device (e.g., fire detector) that is connected to the fire detection control panel, by the activation of a connected fault detector, by a line fault or by a mains fault.

The causes of the alarms, faults, etc., are not affected by resetting the control panel! If the causes have not been removed prior to resetting, the alarms, faults, etc., will be displayed again after resetting the control panel and will be processed like new messages leading to the activation of fire prevention devices, sirens, etc.

On the Fire Detection Control Panel Series BC600, transmitting devices for fire alarms (in general, for automatically notifying the fire brigade in the event of fire) and transmitting devices for fault messages (for the automatic notification of a fault clearing service) can be set up.

You can correct these small devi- ations yourself, higher deviations from the standard time are correc- ted by the maintenance technician during periodic maintenance.

Chapter 6 • Operating conditions User Manual Series BC600 – Part A Fire alarm condition The control panel is in the fire alarm condition if it has classified at least one alarm that it has received from fire detectors as fire alarm and initiates the appropriate activities. A fire alarm remains stored on the control panel, even if the cause of the alarm has disappeared.

Chapter 6 • Operating conditions User Manual Series BC600 – Part A Technical messages Technical messages provide information on the control panel about devices that do not directly belong to the fire detection and/or extinguishing system but are important for fire prevention. The message devices for technical messages can be combined into zones in the same way as fire detect- ors, and are wired to the control panel.
