- Press the temperature button to turn on the heating function. Press 1 gain to adjust the temperature, and the
corresponding heating indicator light will change accordingly
- The first white indicator light indicates low temperature; The second white indicator light is on, indicating the
medium temperature;
- The third white indicator light comes on, indicating high temperature. The absence of a white indicator light
indicates that the heating function is turned off.

- Press the vibration button to turn on the vibration function, press again to display only the vibration intensity,
and the corresponding vibration indicator will change accordingly
-The first white indicator light 1 is on, indicating low vibration intensity; The second white indicator light comes
on, indicating moderate vibration intensity:
The third white indicator light comes on, indicating high vibration intensity. The absence of a white indicator
light indicates that the vibration function is turned off.
5.Long press the power button to shut down.
