11 Operating Manual 11.1 General Please read the information contained herein so that you can become familiar with your device quickly and take advantage of the full scope of its functions. Warning ► Let the device cool down before assembling/deassembling of parts and before cleaning. ► Pay attention while handling the device especially if it is full of hot food. ► Keep children away from the device, since the surfaces of the device become hot during use and remain hot for a some time.

12.3.3 Dangers due to electrical power Danger Mortal danger due to electrical power! Mortal danger exists when coming into contact with live wires or subassemblies! Observe the following safety notices to avoid dangers due to electrical power: ► Do not open the housing on the device under any circumstances.

13.3 Unpacking Remove the device out of the carton, remove the packaging material, shovel and measuring container. 13.4 Disposal of the packaging The packaging protects the device against damages during transit. The packaging materials are selected in accordance with environmentally compatible and recycling-related points of view and can therefore be recycled.
13.5 Electrical connection In order to ensure the safe and trouble-free operation of the device, the following instructions must be observed for the electrical connection: • Before connecting the device, compare the connection data (voltage and frequency) on the rating plate with those of your electrical network. This data must agree in order that no damages occur in the device.

14.3 Accessories 1 Baking tray: Use for grilling, roasting and baking. Cover with baking paper or aluminium foil for easier cleaning. 2 Grill rack - use for grilling, frying or roasting. 3 Removal assistance for grill rack 4 Rotisserie - For evenly grilling of meat for example poultry. 5 Removal assistance for rotisserie 6 Pizza stone 7 Crumb tray - For safe and easy remove of crumbs.

15.1 Before first use Remove all accessory from the inside of the device, clean them with soapy water and dry them after this. Wipe the bottom and the top of the interior with a damp cloth and thoroughly dry the interior after this. The heating elements have a protection layer.
