PRIMARY BATTERY CLB750G STORAGE PLACE The emergency battery (primary battery, yellow) is normally set in the CSBHT3 3 Unit Charger. In an emergency, take out the yellow Storage place primary battery from the charger and carry it to the survival craft. EXPIRATION PERIOD The primary battery carries an expiration date.

BATTERY SAFETY The battery pack contains lithium-Ion cells. This type of battery stores a charge powerful enough to be dangerous if misused or abused, especially when removed from the transceiver. Please observe the following precautions: DO NOT SHORTCIRCUIT THE BATTERY PACK TERMINALS Shorting the terminals of the transceiver can cause sparks, severe over heating, burns, and/or damage of battery cell.

CHARGING THE BATTERY Connect the Charger to a mains supply (100 to 240 VAC). The green LED on CSBHT3 lights. The LED of CSAHT is not lit in this step. Turn the transceiver off. Place the battery pack into the charger with with with the transceiver attached.

FIXING 3 UNIT CHARGER TO A TABLETOP Remove eight screws from both sides then remove the L-shape plate. Fix the bottom side of the L-shape plate with four screws. Fix the main unit to the L-shape plate with the eight screws removed at step 1.
