  • Page 6 How to Operate your Dough Sheeter How to Use • Before operating the Sheeter wipe it down with Damp Cloth and then a Dry Cloth and make sure the Sheeter is Dry. • On the side of Roller Block (Right Side) there is a Black Round Knob to set Roller Thickness.
