GETTING STARTED

  1. Remove the battery compartment cover.
  2. Insert 2 x AA batteries matching the correct polarity (+ and -). (Note: When the clock is first powered by the batteries, all of the segments of the LCD will display. The clock will then enter into normal time mode display and beep once. This is normal.) It is time to change the batteries when the low battery power indicator appears on the LCD display above the seconds.

TIME SETTING

TO SET THE CLOCK:

  1. Press and hold MODE button on the back of the clock for approximately 3 seconds until the hour is flashing on the LCD display.
  2. Use the buttons to set the desired hour.
  3. Press theMODE button again and the minutes will flash on the display.
  4. Use the buttons to set the desired minutes.
  5. Press the MODE button again to change the year, month, date, 12/24 hour format.
  6. Press MODE one more time to exit manual settings.

DATE RECALL

  1. Press the MODE button on the back of the clock to switch the display to show the date.

ALARM SETTING & SNOOZE FUNCTION

TO SET THE DESIRED ALARM TIME:

  1. PressMODE button twice to enter alarm setting. You will see "AL" in the lower right corner of the display.
  2. While in alarm mode, press and hold theMODE button for approximately 3 seconds until the hour is flashing. Use the buttons to set the desired alarm hour.
  3. Press MODE again and the minutes will flash. Use the buttons to set the desired alarm minutes.
  4. PressMODE button again to exit alarm mode.
  5. Once you have the alarm time set, you will see in the top left corner. You can turn the alarm on/off by pressing the button when the clock is in normal display mode.
  6. The alarm will ring for 2 minutes before shutting off automatically. Stop the alarm by pressing any button except SNOOZE.
  7. Press SNOOZE to enter into snooze mode for 5 minutes.
  8. The clock will display Zz when snoozing. You can snooze up to 8 times. Press any other button exceptSNOOZE to turn alarm ring off.

PRECAUTIONS

  • Do not clean any part of the clock with benzene, thinner or other solvent chemicals. When necessary, clean it with a soft cloth.
  • Never immerse the clock in water. This will damage the clock.
  • Do not subject the clock to extreme force, shock, or fluctuations in temperature or humidity.
  • Do not tamper with the internal components.
  • Do not mix new and old batteries or batteries of different types.
  • Do not mix alkaline, standard and rechargeable batteries with this clock.
  • Remove the batteries if storing the clock for a long period of time.
  • Do not dispose of this clock as unsorted municipal waste. Collection of such waste separately for special treatment is necessary.
