1. Product Overview TC-5000d-XL4, TC-5000D-XL5,TC-5000D-20B,TC-5000D-20F are an Android based with a smooth touch-screen outdoor panels. It can be connected with Taichuan indoor monitor for audio/video communication, unlocking, and monitoring. Residents can communicate with visitors via audio/video call, and it supports unlocking the door remotely. It is more convenient and safer for residents to check the visitor's identity through its video preview function. -

__________________________________________________________________________ 4. Data Center Data Center is the software which to install on your PC for the management of SIP account and user data. Note: you need to finish all the settings to go to the main menu of the device. -

__________________________________________________________________________ 4.1. Account Settings Use the template(excel file) to input all the user data: SIP account, password, port and IP. Import the template to the Data Center. -

The device will search for the center server automatically after power on, and the server address will display at the bottom.
