DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Before you start dismantling! For your safety be sure the plug is disconnected from the mains! If installation, perform the reverse operation, then test the basic functions accordingly. 1.Take the Filter cover, Filter, control panel assembly out. 2.Remove four screws from the lower housing. 3. - Page 8 DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION 4. Remove 4pcs screws from Air inlet bracket and 1pcs screw from Cable channel, then take out Cable channel, Air inlet bracket and lower housing. 5. Remove 4pcs screws from the upper housing. 6. Remove 3pcs screws from the Wind_Grid and take out the Air duct supporter cover and the Wind_Grid.
- Page 9 DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION 8. Remove 1pcs screw from the sensor and take out the sensor. 9. Remove 3pcs screws from the Air Duct and take out the Air Duct. 10. Take out nut, D-type gasket, Fan, fan gasket. 11. Remove 3pcs screws and take out the Motor and Air duct supporter.
- Page 10 DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION 12. Remove 3pcs screws from Motor and take out the cable. 13. Remove 3pcs screws from the control board and take out the control board. If removing the panel first, you can contrarotate the panel by your hand or by the tooling in the picture above.(BG can support the special tooling.)
