How to Use

Power on/off

Press and hold the multifunctional button for two seconds to power on the headset. LED indicator will turn white for two seconds.
Press and hold the multifunctional button for four seconds to turn off the headset. LED indicator will turn red for a second.

Preparation for Pairing

In order to prepare the headset for pairing, first, turn the headset on. If the headset was connected to only one device in the past, it will be prepared for pairing within 10 seconds. If the headset was paired with more devices in the past, it will be ready for pairing within 20 seconds.

Bluetooth Connection

Search for QCY H4 on your device and tap it to connect your device with your headset.

Factory Reset

Press and hold the multifunctional button and ANC for three seconds. LED indicator will turn white for two seconds, signalling the factory reset was successful.

Multi-Point Connection

The function of multi-point connection, meaning a state in which the headset can be connected to multiple devices at a moment, is activated by default.

First, power on the headset and connect it to Device 1. Then disconnect the headset from Device 1, the headset will be connectable again. On Device 2, search for QCY H4 and tap it to connect it. Finally, tap QCY H4 in Bluetooth settings of Device 1.

Functions

To answer or end a call, press the multifunctional button.
To ignore a call, press and hold the multifunctional button for a second.
To play or pause music playback, press the multifunctional button.
To skip to the next track, double press the multifunctional button.
To skip to the previous track, triple press the multifunctional button.
To increase the music volume, press the Volume button.
To decrease the music volume, press and hold the Volume button. (Two levels are dropped a second.)
To switch between modes, press the ANC button. (This switches between ANC on, ANC off, and Transparency mode.)

Tips

Before using the earbuds, please read the manual carefully and keep it for future references.
The earbuds need to be fully charged prior to first-time use.
If the earbuds are left unused for over two weeks, please recharge them.
Please use the chargers made my qualified manufacturer.
If earbuds fail to be found by the phone, please restore the factory settings and try again. If a program error of the phone occurs, please restart the Bluetooth or reboot the phone.

Caveats

Never disassemble or modify your earbuds for any reasons to avoid any damages and danger.
Do not store the earbuds in extreme temperatures (under 0°C or over 45°C).
Avoid using the earbuds near children or animals.
Do not use the earbuds during a thunderstorm to avoid dysfunction and increasing risk of electric shock.
Do not use harsh chemicals or strong detergents to clean the earbuds.
Please do not use earbuds for a long time as they may damage your hearing.
