  • Page 2 Step One Attach Bag Hardware to Bag Attach X-Clamp Tighten 2x Screws to 5Nm. Attach Anti-Rotation Bar Tighten 2x Screws to 5Nm.
  • Page 3 Step Two Assemble Bar Hardware Undo Bar Clamping Screws Allow hinged arms to swing open. Optional For Handlebars with 35mm diameter clamping surface Remove 2x shims from inside of bar clamps.
  • Page 4 Step Three Assemble Bar Hardware Slide Bar Clamps onto Mounting Bar Place Tailfin logo on the left as you face the bike. Orientate Lower Hook forward Attach Bar Clamps Warning to Handlebar Push Bar Clamps closed around Position Bar Clamps close to stem, centre handlebar to prevent cross Lower Hook and lightly tighten screws.
  • Page 5 Step Four Position Handlebar Bag Fill Handlebar Bag Fill with bikepacking kit to help set bag position. Attach Handlebar Bag Ensure Anti-Rotation Bar is engaged with Lower Hook. Close X-Clamp.
  • Page 6 Step Five Position Handlebar Bag Rotate Bar Clamps and Mounting Bar to position Handlebar Bag Position with a 20mm gap between tyre and bag and a 15mm gap between bag and head tube. Keeping close to head tube and tyre improves bike handling and prevents damage to bike and bag.
  • Page 7 Reset Hook and Strap Hook needs reorientating after shipping Step One Remove Strap From Hook Step Two Rotate Hook 180° & Tighten Torx Screw Use Torx T25. Tighten to 3Nm.
