Preparation:
• Shut water supply to the faucet off: Important: Turn off the water supply at the faucet before starting. You can
either turn off the main supply to the house or close the shut-off valves if the faucet is equipped with them. Then
open the faucet again to empty it of residual water. Failure to do so could result in flooding or injury.
Tools:
• Large Crescent Wrench, 5/64" Allen Key

1. Turn off water
2. Pry off indicator tab (31)
3. Place handle in the on position, using a 5/64" allen
key, insert into hole on dome (16) and rotate set
screw (11) counterclockwise
4. Remove dome (16) from cartridge (4)
5. Rotate trim ring (20) counterclockwise and remove
6. Using a crescent wrench, rotate nut (2)
counterclockwise and remove
7. Pull out cartridge (4)
8. Flush lines (6) and replace cartridge
9. Test new cartridge before installing handle
assembly
10. Install handle assembly in reverse. (20) (16) (11)
