When a fax is receive on the machine, it will proceed as follow:

Panafax Desktop
Confirm the Panasonic Communications Utility icon is
in the task tray.
Right-click the Panasonic Communications Utility Icon
to show the menu and select the PC-Fax Reception
Notification.
• Popup Display
• Icon Display
• No Notice
A receiving notice appears on the connected PC.
Click the
Receiving LOG
or
The Panasonic Communications Utility icon is
changed.
Double click the icon.
The Receive Log appears.
Select a transaction from the log then click the
button to view the received fax.
The received fax is shown on the PC.
