    Installation Belt Returns NOTE Typical return components (Figure 4). Dorner recommends cleaning all the “food zones” prior to placing conveyor into service. Clip Bracket Insure adequate access is provided for Shaft Bracket cleaning and servicing equipment so that the Carriage Bolt required level of hygiene can be maintained.

    Installation Stand Installation Make certain notch (Figure 11, item 1) in shaft is inserted into shaft bracket (Figure 11, item 2), and lower clip bracket (Figure 11, item 3) over shaft and DANGER shaft bracket. Repeat on opposite side of conveyor. Figure 11 Supports marked with this symbol must be anchored to the floor.

    Installation Idler End: Attach the bracket (Figure 14, item 1) to the Fixed Height Stands: Adjust the bracket angle on the conveyor with two screws (Figure 14, item 2) on each slotted brackets (Figure 17, item 1) to match the side.
