Quick Start Guide
Before attempting calibration or commissioning of the DCM2 controller, water chemistry must be stable and within normal ranges
pH Calibration
1. Perform a pH test and NOTE the results

adjust displayed value
to match the tested
value, then press
to accept the change
5. Press
to return
to the main status
screen
(Temperature Calibration is performed in the same manner from the
Temperature Sensor menu, and field ORP calibrations are not needed)

CAUTION
Adjusting Pump Setpoints
Note: The pH Turn OFF setpoint is determined by the
deadband value subtracted from the Turn ON setpoint. The
Turn OFF setpoint is the ideal control setting value where feed
is no longer needed

This is the value that
defines when the
feeder stops and is
calculated by sub-
tracting the desired
off point from the Turn
