Before you install this kit —
instructions, warnings, cautions, and notes contained in
this installation instruction guide. Consult your vehicle
owner's manual for proper disconnection of electrical and
lifting of vehicle if required for installation of this product.
This install may require some technical skills and
knowledge of basic mechanical work. If you do not feel that
you are capable of performing this install please take this
product to a trained professional.

Time to install this should only
take about two hours.
Proper installation of this kit required knowledge of the factory
recommended procedures for removal and installation of original
equipment components. We recommend that the factory shop manual
and any special tools needed to service your vehicle be on hand during
the installation. Installation of this kit without proper knowledge of the
factory recommended procedures may affect the performance of these
components and the safety of the vehicle
• Always wear eye protection when operating power tools
Inspect all contents of this package to make sure product is not damaged
and all installation hardware has been included. If parts are missing from
kit, please be prepared to provide the following information

- Page 3 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 2 | Install drain cap from the inside. STEP 3 | Use a trim clip tool to remove the plastic covers from the tie- down hooks. The number of tie-downs varies on trim of vehicle. STEP 4 | Use a 10mm socket to remove the hardware securing the factory tie-downs to the vehicle.
- Page 4 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 5 | Lift and fold the carpet forward to access the hardware securing the factory storage box to the vehicle. STEP 6 | Use a 10mm socket to remove the hardware securing the factory storage box to the vehicle. 855-680-9595 NEED HELP?
- Page 5 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 7 | Use a 15mm deep socket to loosen the clamp securing the muffler to the exhaust tube. Note: Skip to Step 12 if installing on Bronco Raptor. STEP 8 | Remove the muffler from the exhaust hangers. One is located next to the hitch, and the other is located between the muffler and driver side rear tire.
- Page 6 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 9 | Remove the muffler by pulling it from the exhaust tube towards the rear of the vehicle. STEP 10 | Use a 10mm socket and a trim clip tool to remove the factory hardware and plastic clip retainers securing the factory heat shield in place.
- Page 7 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 11 | Loosely secure the mounting plate using the factory hardware. STEP 12 | Place the DV8 storage box under the vehicle and lift it to the mounting plate by reaching down through the empty space in the cab. Loosely secure the box to the mounting plate using the provided M8 hardware.
- Page 8 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 14 | Use a 10mm socket to install the mounting plate using the factory hardware. STEP 15 | Reinstall the muffler onto the exhaust tube by pressing it into place. Note: Skip to Step 18 if installing on Bronco Raptor STEP 16 | Finish securing the...
- Page 9 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 17 | Secure the clamp on the exhaust using a 15mm deep socket. STEP 18 | Install factory tie-downs using a 10mm socket and the factory hardware. STEP 19 | Install the factory tie-down covers by pressing them into place. Then flip the carpet closed.
