Troubleshooting table
Malfunctions can occur in all electrical appliances. This does not necessarily mean there is a
defect in the appliance. For this reason, please check the tables to see if you can correct the
malfunction.

Never attempt to repair the appliance yourself. You can put your own and future
users' lives in danger. Only authorised specialists are allowed to carry out this repair
work.
Problem
Appliance will not start.
Door does not close
properly.
Cooking chamber light
does not work.
The turntable does not
turn or does not turn
properly.
Scratching, grinding
sounds in the cooking
chamber.
Possible causes
The appliance is not
receiving voltage.
Door is not closed
properly.
Foreign bodies on the
door seal faces.
Door is warped or door
latch is defective.
Lamp defective.
The turntable is not
correctly positioned on
the drive motor.
The roller ring is not
correctly positioned under
the turntable.
The roller ring and floor of
the cooking chamber are
soiled.
The turntable and roller
ring are not rotating
correctly.
The food dish is either
too large or is positioned
incorrectly.

Solutions, tips
Check the fuse in your fuse box and
the function of the plug with another
electronic device.
Check the position of the mains plug
and the condition of the mains cable.
Exchange defective cables. Do not use
the appliance!
Close door properly.
Clean the cooking chamber door-
sealing surfaces.
Have the door repaired. Do not use the
appliance!
Have lamp replaced by customer
service only.
Position the turntable correctly.
Insert the roller ring correctly.
Clean the roller ring and floor of the
cooking chamber.
Insert the turntable and roller ring
correctly.
The container may not protrude over
the edge of the turntable.
