Press and hold the CLOCK button. While holding
the CLOCK button press the WEEK button to set
the day of the week.
Press and hold the CLOCK button. Now press the
HOUR button to set the hour.
Press and hold the CLOCK button. Press the
MINUTE button to set the minutes.
