When using Windows Server 2008, settings must be specified in the operat-
ing system before the printer driver is installed. If Windows 7/Vista is being
used, begin with step 6.

Click the Start button.

Point to Administrative Tools, and then click Server Manager.
If the User Account Control dialog box appears, click Continue button.

In the Server Manager main window, click Add Features in the Features
Summary section.

Select the Internet Printing Client check box to install the feature.

Restart the computer.

Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Printers under Hardware
and Sound.
When using Windows 7, click View devices and printers under
Hardware and Sound.

Click Add a printer.
