Technical features Capacities and influencing factors: Battery capacity The unit of measurement for capacity is ampere hours, abbreviated as Ah. Capacity can be expressed in terms of nominal capacity or actual capacity. Actual capacity is the product of the discharge current times the actual discharge time, the unit is Ah.

Fig. 3 is the available capacity curve as a function of the ambient temperature. Installation Installation Precautions The customer can adopt flexible installation methods according to the conditions of the installation site. However, detailed installation requirements must be submitted when ordering, so that the best possible connection diagram can be adopted, and the installation diagram can be provided.

    2.23 Equalization charge FAAM FHP Series batteries must be equalized if you are in any of the following conditions: — After the system is installed. — Maintenance every three months if the voltage of at least two batteries is below 2.23V/cell.

    During storage, please note that: — The self-discharge rate is related to the ambient temperature. The degree of self-discharge is lower when the ambient temperature is lower. The ambient storage temperature of FAAM FHP series batteries ranges from 0°C to 35°C.

    7. Maintenance To ensure the expected life, batteries must be properly inspected and maintained. For the maintenance methods of the FAAM FMR series batteries the following is recommended: Monthly maintenance: — Implement the check in the summary sheet every month.

Electrolyte Volume Indications (Ministerial Decree Environment No. 20 of 24.11.2011) In all battery rooms, sufficient absorbent and neutralizing substance must always be kept available to completely extinguish all the electrolyte contained in at least two elements of the battery, for each battery installed.
