USE AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL Pag. 13 of 21 STG-STGM SERIES BATTERIES Charging methods 4.1 Equalization charge Batteries tend to discharge during transport and storage. Before being put into service, and batteries must receive an equalization charge as follows: If the stock was less than 6 months, please charge at 2.35V/cell for 8 hours. If the stock was less than 12 months, please charge at 2.35V/cell for 12 hours. -
