Assembly Frame Assembly Attach the 4 Castors with mounting plates, to the Base, using 16 of the M6 x 15mm dome head bolts and washers. There are 2 lockable castors which should be fitted to the open end of the Base.

Drum Assembly Install 3 castors to the bottom of the collection drum, adding a thin nut to each threaded shaft. The thin nuts can be used to adjust the height of the castor. Install the handle to the side of the drum using 2 of the M8 x 20mm bolts, with washers and nyloc nuts.

Place the Drum Lid on top of the Drum. Then fit the Flexible hose securing with a hose clamp. Fit the second hose clamp over the flexible hose and then the Cyclone Funnel. Align the Locking levers so the threaded stud goes through the brackets on the Drum Lid.

Attach the 90 Degree Elbow to the Impellor Housing with Rubber Gasket in between the 2 parts. Secure it with 8 of the M8 x 16mm bolts. Mount the On/Off switch box onto 3 of the bolts just fitted. Secure with 3 of the M8 Nuts.

Setting Up Sealing the Drum Lid The 2 red clamp levers are use to raise and lower the drum lid. When in the lowered position there needs to be a good seal between the Drum and the Drum Lid. Lower the 2 clamps and check the seal. If there is a gap, adjust the upper and lower nuts on the threaded stud to adjust the height of the lid.

Emptying The Filter Collection Bag Some fine dust particle will be collected in the cartridge filter collection bag. Since the bag is transparent it can be monitored easily and should be emptied when it is 50% full. Undo the bag strap and remove it. Empty or replace the collection bag.
