ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO art. R-0987 KIT TARGA TRANSALP 750
1. Rimuovere il gruppo targa originale e recuperare: I lampeggiatori, il rifrangente, la luce targa e le viti indicate sulla fig. piccola A.
2. Inserire i gommini N sul componente G nei punti 5, 6, 7 e 8, fig. A/B.
3. Applicare la luce targa originale V nel supporto G tramite il componente U (posizionato all'interno del supporto) e tramite le
viti autofilettanti recuperate durante lo smontaggio, fig. A/B.
4. Applicare i lampeggiatori originali sul componente Z ed inserire le forchette R sui punti indicati dalle frecce nelle fig. A/B.
5. Applicare il supporto Z (completo di lampeggiatori) sul componente G e fissarlo tramite i dadi e le rondelle K, fig. A/B.
6. Assemblare i componenti G ed X nei punti 1, 2, 3 e 4 tramite le viti e le rondelle (M5), fig A/B.
7. Applicare la cover F sul gruppo (G+X) nui punti 5, 6, 7 e 8 tramite le bussole L, inserendo a sandwich i distanziali M come
indicato nella fig. piccola C.
8. Posizionare nella moto il gruppo targa assemblato tramite le viti Q (M6x45) con le rondelle P (M6X18), fig. A.
9. Applicare il rifrangente originale sui fori predisposti nel componente X .
10. Collegare i connettori dei lampeggiatori e della luce targa e procedere al rimontaggio di quanto rimane.
11. Fissare tutte le viti con le seguenti coppie di serraggio: viti autofilettanti 0,3Nm; viti M5 4Nm; viti M6 9Nm.
Nota!
Per facilitare l'applicazione dei lampeggiatori e dei gommini N, lubrificare le parti interessate spruzzando del comune pulitore per
vetri.
Importante! Utilizzare del frenafiletti medio su tutta la viteria.
Attenzione!
Seguendo scrupolosamente le indicazioni sotto riportate il kit potrà rispettare le più importanti caratteristiche richieste dal codice della strada dei vari paesi:
1. Inclinazione massima 30° dalla linea verticale. (fissare il piatto nella posizione più bassa).
2. Luce targa omologata. (il kit è predisposto al riutilizzo dell'originale).
3. Lampeggiatori omologati. (il kit è predisposto al riutilizzo degli originali).
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS art. R-0987 KIT LICENSE PLATE TRANSALP 750
1. Remove the original license plate unit and reuse: The flashers, the reflector, the license plate light and the screws shown in fig. small A.
2. Insert the rubber rings N on component G in points 5, 6, 7 and 8, fig. A/B.
3. Apply the original license plate light V on support G using the component U (positioned on the inside of the support) and through the
two original black self-tapping screws, Fig. A/B.
4. Apply the original flashers on component Z and insert the forks R on the points indicated by the arrows in figs. A/B.
5. Apply support Z (complete with flashers) on component G and fix it using the nuts and washers K, fig. A/B.
6. Assemble the component G and X in points 1, 2, 3 and 4 through the screws and the washers M5, fig A/B.
7. Apply the cover F on the unit (G+X) at points 5, 6, 7 and 8 using the bushes L, sandwiching the spacers M as shown in the small fig. C.
8. Place the assembled license plate group on the motorcycle using the screws Q M6x45 and washers P M6X18, figA.
9. Apply the original reflector to the holes prepared in component X.
10. Connect the connectors of the indicators and license plate light and proceed to mount what is left.
11. Tighten all screws with the following tightening torque: self-tapping screws 0,3Nm; screws M5 4Nm; screws M6 9Nm.
Note!
To facilitate the application of the flashers and the rubber N rubbers, lubricate the parts involved by spraying a common glass cleaner.
Important! Use a medium strength thread-locking fluid on all the screws.
ATTENTION!
By carefully following the instructions below you will be able to respect the most important characteristics required by the highway code of the various countries:
1. Maximum inclination of 30° from the vertical line. (fix the plate in the lowest position).
2. Homologated license plate light. (the kit allows to reuse the original one).
3. Homologated indicators. (the kit allows to reuse the original ones).
