    ASSEMBLY STEP STEP 1:Assembling the Base Align the Post into the groove of the Base, and then attach them with two Base Screws and matched Base Washers & Base Wing Nuts. STEP 2: Assembling the Wheel Remove the small plastic screws which are assembled on the wheel primarily at first.Then,peel off the plastic file from the wheel.
