Press the HOME button to return to the Home screen.
. On the Home screen, slide to the Settings tab and then tap
Sound & display.
. Scroll down the screen and then tap Pocket mode to turn this
feature on.
. Tap Back to return to the Home screen's Settings tab.

During a call

When a call is in progress, use the call function
buttons to put a call on hold, dial another
contact for a phone conference, and more.
• When you move the phone closer to your
ear, the screen is disabled and the HOME,
START, BACK, and END keys lock so
that you do not accidentally press them
during the phone call.
• If you have included the caller's birthday
in their contact information, the Incoming
Voice Call screen displays a reminder.
• If you recieve a call when a password
has been set and the phone is locked,
the onscreen buttons are unavailable
except for End and Unlock. Tap Unlock to
unlock the phone and have access to the
onscreen buttons.
To use the speakerphone
Placing your phone face down automatically turns on the
speakerphone. To turn the speakerphone off, place your phone
face up.
