To install a program file that you have downloaded from the Internet to your hard
drive, complete the following steps:

Terminate your Internet connection.
Close all open programs.
From the Windows Taskbar, click the Start button, point to Settings, and then
click Control Panel.
Double-click the Add/Remove Programs
Properties window is displayed.
Click Install. The Install Program from Floppy Disk or CD-ROM window is
displayed.
Click Next. The Run Installation Program window is displayed.
Click Browse.
Locate and select the Setup.exe or Install.exe file for the downloaded software.
Click Open to begin the installation process.
