Sending a Fax

To send a fax using RingCentral Fax, complete the following steps:

HINT: You can also fax an existing document and add an attachment to it. For more information, refer to
the online Help included in the RingCentral Fax program.

Receiving a Fax

If the RingCentral Fax program is open, you are set to automatically receive any fax
sent to you. A message indicating a fax is being delivered will be displayed.
To disable the automatic-receipt feature in RingCentral Fax and receive faxes
manually, complete the following steps:
1. Click the Start button from the Windows Taskbar and point to Programs.
2. Select RingCentral Fax from the menu. The RingCentral Fax window is
3. Click Menu from the RingCentral Fax window and point to Commands.
4. Click Manual Fax Receive.
5. Click View Faxes to check if you have received a new fax.
6. If you have received faxes, point to the new faxes and click Open.
7. Click Close button to exit from the View Faxes window.

NOTE: Incoming faxes cannot exceed 100 pages.

Select RingCentral Fax from the menu. The RingCentral Fax window is

Click the Send Fax tab on the RingCentral Fax Taskbar. The Send Fax window
is displayed.
Complete the information in the Recipients portion of the window. The fax
number field must be filled in or RingCentral Fax will not be able to deliver the
message.
Type your message inside the Note text box.
Click the Send Fax Now button.
