- Page 4 Assembly Step1:Beam assembly. 1.Connect (C1) with (C2) together using screw(K) tightly to became Side Beam(C) 2.Connect (D) to (D) with connector(AE) together using screw(K) tightly to became Middle Cross Beam(D) 3.Connect (E1) with (E2) together using screw(K) tightly to became Side Beam(E) 4.Connect (S1) with (S2) together using screw(R) tightly to became Cross Beam(S) 5.Connect (F1) with (F2) together using screw(K) tightly to became cross Beam(F)
- Page 5 Assembly Step2:Middle cross beam assembly Insert the Hook pulley as the figure shown above.(N)x1,(L)x4,(I)x1. And cover the beam cap(V). Step3:Middle cross beam assembly Insert the Hook pulley (M)x4 and (I1)x1 and cover the beam cap. Note:Hook pulley (I1) must be placed in part (F1) Step4:Middle cross beam assembly Insert the Hook pulley (M)x4 and (I1)x1 and cover the beam cap.
- Page 6 Assembly Step5:Post and Side Beam assembly 1.Connect Post (B2) to beam ( C1 (E1)using bolt(P) ） 2.Connect Post (A2) and to beam ( C2 (E2)using bolt(P) ） 3.Cover the beam cap(V)(W).
