        |     2 2.1 Usage for the intended purpose     |   The flexible inductors MF-INDUCTOR may only be used with generators that are offered by Schaeffler for operation with these inductors. An induction unit comprises a generator and an inductor.

    National regulations relating to work with electromagnetic fields must be ob- served. The inductor may only be used with generators offered by Schaeffler for oper- ation in conjunction with the inductor. The inductor may only be operated if the specifications stated in this manual concerning the installation site as well as the ambient temperature and humid- ity are observed.

    Depending on the application, they are positioned in the bore or on the outside diameter of the workpiece. The flexible inductors are designed specifically for Schaeffler generators with an output of 3,5 kW (MF-INDUCTOR-3.5KW), 10 kW or 22 kW (MF-INDUCTOR-22KW) and 44 kW (MF-INDUCTOR-44KW).

    7.1 Regulations applicable to the generator     |   The flexible inductors MF-INDUCTOR may only be used with generators that are offered by Schaeffler for this purpose. The user manual for the generator including all safety regulations must be ob- served during operation in conjunction with a flexible inductor.
