. Fasten the screw on the handle, and install

the other handle on the left side of the cable.
. Insert the covers on the handles so the red

handle is on the right side and the black
handle is on the left side. (If you have difficul-
ties installing the covers, apply a little rubbing
alcohol on the handle to slide the covers on
easily. Allow the alcohol to dry before pulling
on the handles.)
. Make sure that when the red handle is up the

filter brush is at the bottom of the filter.
. Secure the brush to the right side cable by

tightening the screw on the brush clamp.
