- Page 3 Schrauben des Radarsensors lösen! Loosen the radar sensor screws! Die Schablone unter die Schraubenköpfe schieben und leicht festziehen! Slide the template under the screw heads and tighten lightly!
- Page 4 Bohrungen und Kontur für das Seilfenster anzeichnen und die Schablone wieder entfernen! Mark the holes and contour for the fairlead and remove the template again! Abdeckung und Kühlergrill entfernen! Remove the cover and the radiator grille!
- Page 5 Stoßfänger und Kennzeichenträger abmontieren! Remove the bumper and the licence plate holder! Füllteil entfernen! / Remove the filling part!
- Page 6 Traverse abbauen! / Remove the crossbar! Untere Kühler Jalousie entfernen! Remove lower radiator louver!
- Page 7 Bergeösen rechts und links entfernen! Remove the recovery lugs on the right and left! Bergeöse links Bergeöse rechts Recovery lug left Recovery lug right M5 x 12 Distanzbleche aufschrauben! / Screw on the spacer plates!
- Page 8 Schaltkasten und alle Kabel entfernen! Remove the switch box and all cables! Original Massekabel Lange Kabel montieren! (3x35² and 1x 1,5²) Mount the longer cables! (3x35² and 1x 1,5²)
- Page 9 Seilwinde verschrauben! / Screw the winch! ca. 570mm Ausschnitt anzeichnen! / Mark the cutout!
- Page 10 Entsprechend der Markierung ausschneiden! Cut out according to the mark! Beidseitig! / Both sides! Windenplatte platzieren und mit den Originalschrauben der Traverse fixieren! Place the winch plate and fix it with the original screws!
- Page 11 Um Toleranzen in der Rahmenbreite auszugleichen verwenden sie die Beilagen (J) To compensate for tolerances in the frame width, use the shims (J) Das Gleiche an der rechten Seite! / The same at the right! - Page 12 Bergeösen wieder anschrauben und alle Schrauben festziehen! Mount the recovery lugs again and tighten all screws! Das Gleiche an der linken Seite! / The same at the left! M5 x 16 Schaltkastenhalter montieren! Mount the bracket for the switch box!
- Page 13 Kabel am Schaltkasten anschließen! Connect the cables with the swich box! 16-2190 Seilwinde anschließen und den Sicherungshalter an einer geeigneten Stelle platzieren! Connect the Winch and place the fuse holder on an suitable place!
- Page 14 M6 x 16 (2x) Schaltkasten montieren! / Mount the switch box! Original Schrauben Radarsensor von der Traverse entfernen und auf dem Sensorwinkel befestigen! Remove the radar sensor from the crossbar and screw it on the sensor bracket!
- Page 15 Überstehendes Gewinde abschneiden und für ausreichend Rostschutz sorgen! Cut off protruding threads and ensure sufficient rust protection! M10 x 40 (2x) Sensorwinkel mit dem Seilfester an der Windenplatte verschrauben! Screw the sensor bracket to the winch plate using the failead!
- Page 16 Stecker der Steckdosenverlängerung bohren (Ø3) und Schraube 3,5 x 9,5 eindrehen! / Drill plug of socket extension (Ø3) and screw in screw 3.5 x 9.5! Stecker mit der Schraube sichern. Wenn möglich mit Silikon abdichten! Secure the plug with the screw. If possible, seal with silicone!

Angezeichneten Ausschnitt für das Seilfenster ausschneiden, dann an das verwendete Seilfenster schrittweise anpassen! Cut out the indicated cutout for the rope window and then adjust it step by step to the rope window used!

- Page 22 Ford: ca. 10mm von der Oberkante VW Amarok: Bündig mit der Oberkante Blechschraube Senkkopf 4,2 x 16 Schrauben nur handfest anziehen! Only tighten the screws hand-tight! Klemmhalter für den Stellmotor anzeichnen, bohren Ø3mm und anschrauben! Schrauben nur handfest anziehen! Mark the clamp for the servomotor, drill Ø3mm and screw it! Only tighten the screws hand-tight! Schraube M8 x 60 Scheibe M8...
- Page 23 7 Nm Anschlag in unterste Stellung bringen und mit einem Anzugsdrehmoment von 7 Nm verschrauben! Move the stop to the lowest position and tighten with a tightening torque of 7 Nm! Stopmutter Die Verschraubung mit der Stopmutter abkontern! / Unlock the screw connection with the stop nut!
- Page 24 Stellmotor anstecken und in den Klemmhalter drücken! Connect servomotor and press the it into the clamp! Kühlergrill und Abdeckung wieder montieren! Mount the radiator grille and the cover again!
- Page 25 Bei fahrten im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr muss der Seilhaken am Transport Befestigungspunt eingehängt sein. When driving on public roads, the rope hook must be attached to the transport fastening point.
